Sometimes Chrome element inspector's presentation of the colors on the web site you are viewing is overloaded with too many colors! You can cut down on the information overload by putting only the colors you want in a custom color palette. It still saves you from having to memorize your color hex or RGB codes and constantly have to type them when modifying your css,
